Terms of Use

MS Realty lets people search for homes, contact agents, register for inspections and post listings. We aren’t a real estate agent, and we aren’t a party to any sale or lease arranged through the site.

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at [support@your-domain.com.au] if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

• Only post listings you’re authorised to advertise, and make sure they’re accurate and not misleading, including price, features and photos.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a licence to display, adapt and share it to run the service, including on partner portals such as Domain when you ask us to publish there.
• Don’t post anything unlawful, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that does.

Listing details come from agents and owners; market data, price estimates and some listings come from third parties such as Domain. We don’t check every detail and can’t guarantee it’s complete or current.

Automated price estimates, AI-generated descriptions and AI answers are general information only. They aren’t valuations, financial, legal or property advice. Check important details with the agent and get independent advice before making decisions.

Maps, address suggestions, nearby places, commute times, directions and Street View are provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Travel times and routes are estimates.

Some features (commute times, directions, Street View and printable brochures) are available only to accounts we grant access to, for the period shown in your account. We may change or withdraw premium features with reasonable notice.

• Don’t scrape, copy or resell listings or data from the site, or use automated tools to access it in bulk.
• Don’t try to break security, overload the service or access other people’s accounts.
• Don’t use contact details from the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we provide the service “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using information on the site. Where our liability can be limited, it’s limited to supplying the service again.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and we’ll tell you about significant changes. You can stop using MS Realty and ask us to close your account at any time.
